Nancy Warren, Board Chair
Nancy is a Contracts Department Manager at 3M in London.

 

 

 

Jan Bracken, Director
Jan is a professional social worker who is currently semi-retired. She s passionate about helping people to achieve self-respect and independence through meaningful work. Jan once lived in Haiti, working to create sustainable employment.

 

 

 

Janine Cookson, Director
Janine is the president of Cookson Consulting. Before that she was the Chair of the School of Tourism and Hospitality at Fanshwe College. Janine specializes in Project Management for higher education and the Tourism Sector.

 

 

 

James Coolige, Director
James is the Executive Direcor of YFC. He moved to London in 1994 to start the first YFC London drop-in centre.  After many years of working in youth and other non-profit ministries in London, he returned to YFC to become the Executive Director in August 2011.

Tom is a facilitator in the Addiction Recovery Program with Salvation Army. He brings a wealth of practical experience to our board. Tom understands the challenges that some face to overcome barriers. Tom is also a church organist at Byron United.

 

 

Scott Hadskis, Director
Scott is the Manager at Camp Hermosa. He brings many years of experience in fundraising, non-profit management and volunteer management.

 

Jennifer Hryniw, Director

Jennifer is the Operations manager at Stallergenes Greer. She specializes in marketing and communications for internal and external audiences, and is an active board member of several non-profit organizations in London and area.

 

 

 

Kristine Jackson, Director
Kristine was called to the Bar of Ontario in June 2014. Prior to forming Kristine Jackson Law Professional Corporation, Kristine worked with a small boutique family law firm in London, Ontario. Kristine holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University and an Honours Juris Doctor from Bond University, Australia.

 

 

 

Mark Morrison, Director

Mark is a teacher at the Thames Valley District School Board. He was previously a vice president of partner relations for Bark Communication, and the Director of Leadercast. Mark is active in many organizations in the London community and brings skills in Communications and marketing, strategic planning and knowledge of the non profit sector.

 

 

Debbie Sutton, Recording Secretary

Debbie is the Executive Assistant and Receptionist at the Alzheimer Society of London, Middlesex.

The London Community Woodshop (LCW) is one of Pathways’ social enterprise businesses. LCW is a 3,600 sq. ft. shop full of professional tools. Open 7 days a week, LCW offers affordable memberships, community programs and workshops led by local artisans.
