Course Facilitator: Leigh Brown
Leigh brings over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing sector to her role as Logistics and Manufacturing Training Instructor. Her experience ranges from working on the factory floor to Logistics Supervisor, Operations Manager and Production Supervisor. Leigh spent 12 years in management roles at companies in the London area, including Maple Leaf Foods, Cargill and Dr Oetker.
“I realized that my favourite aspect of my last role as Production Supervisor was the team building and training of the employees that I had on my staff. This realization is what has led me to my current position with Pathways. I now have the opportunity to work with teams for a short period of time, provide them with some great training and certificates, and watch them bond as a team.”
