Paul hubert - Profile Picture

Paul Hubert, Executive Director
Paul is passionate about people realizing their full potential. Previous to Pathways, he was the Director of Team and Organizational Development for Navigators of Canada and worked 7 years in Latin America. Paul is an innovator and leader in social enterprise. Outside of Pathways Skill Development, he serves on city council and sits on several Boards of Directors.

 

Jerry

Jerry Colwell, Director of Client Services
Jerry has led and coached teams for over 25 years. Formerly a popular professor, he mixes sarcasm with focused action to assist our teams to deliver commitments to job seekers and employers. Jerry has served as the chair of the Employment Sector Council of London Middlesex as well as on the Board of Directors of the London Public Library.

 

 

Stephanie Shrum, Employment Services Team Lead 
Stephanie has over 11 years’ experience in Employment Services and is excited to be returning to Pathways. She was formerly an Employment Counsellor/Facilitator at Pathways, after which she became an HBA Career Advisor at the Ivey Business School, guiding undergraduate students through the recruiting process and teaching Career Management classes. Stephanie spent the last few years assisting employers in Middlesex County as the Business Advisor for Community Employment Choices. She is a former Co-Chair of the Job Developers Network and continues to participate in the Employment Sector Council.

The London Community Woodshop (LCW) is one of Pathways’ social enterprise businesses. LCW is a 3,600 sq. ft. shop full of professional tools. Open 7 days a week, LCW offers affordable memberships, community programs and workshops led by local artisans.
